Technocrat V is a cold, barren, wasteland of a planet in the Technocrat system. It's general biosphere is like post explosion Chernobyl, and its climate is like that of Mercury.

No inhabitants have yet been found. However, unmanned probes have detected signs that there may be bacteria and a race of sentient, cockroach like creatures living in the deepest glaciers.

During the day, the temperature is -40 degrees celsius. During the night, the temperature is -100 degrees celsius.
[edit] Satellites
Technocrat V has 9 natural satellites, Raka, Baka, Jaka, Smaka, Gaka, Xrqw, Worq, Haqq, and Keliquanafru. The first three are all bone shaped and consist primarily of plantlife, the middle three are spheres and consist primarily of methane and rock, and the latter three are rock and sugar based. Two Praetyrian satellites orbit the planet and the moons for candy manufacturing and power generation purposes.
