Spork trees are large thick trees, they are one of the shortest trees in the Firetta jungle only reaching mid canopy in a mature forest. It is dark brown in color with lime green thick succulent leafy 'buds' at the ends of their branches. These are a favorite of sugar glider like Insucsane and the many flying forms of Goozo. While large predatory Crusanes often construct a den in the wind-protected side of the Spork tree.

Spork trees are common but are usually found in low numbers where there is good habitat. They are the one of the most fire resistant trees in Firetta and are one of the last trees after a fire. While the other trees have to repopulate via windblown seeds and root rhizamones. Dwarf types are often cultivated for ornamental use by the U.O.P (United Parrot nation) and are going to be introduced along with afew other trees on one of the three moons that are being terraformed for habitation also by the U.P.N.
