The Spadhoi Palacial Hall is made of deep blue crystal. Unlike other Spadhoi buildings, the spires are tipped with brilliant Gynher (An extremely valuable stone that is emerald green).

The Spadhoi Palacial Hall has a total of 750 rooms, including the splendid Main Hall (The ruler's private dining room, often reserved for foriegn dignitaries) and the Greater Temples (A huge temple complex that houses worship facilities for all recognized religions.) The top floor in the main spire is traditionally the residence of the ruler. Lesser residences are near to the bottom of the structure. The building usually has six spires. The five outer spires house the five sectors of Government: Sector of War, Sector of Environment, Sector of Law, Sector of Education and the Sector of Science.

The Spadhoi Palacial Hall also houses the Ruling family's Yiluu Guard. These are the most elite soldiers in the country, and are hand-picked by the Head of the Sector of War. In times of peace they number around 100, but during a crisis, they can number up to 700.
