Cira are an unusual race of amphibians who can breath both air and oxygen in water using gills and lungs but prefer to live in water and can swim and fly from the moment of birth. it is not the mother who gives birth though it is the father who becomes pregnant. when mating females release egg cells into the males by touching cloaca. once the egg is inside the males "womb" of sorts the male fertilizez it with sperm. when the male has been pregnant for a while his belly is destended from the growing young within him during this time he cant fly, after 2 weeks he gives birth to 8 small but fully formed young. the childeren are usually cared for by thier mother thier father usually is responsible for educateing them but the childeren have a strong bond with both parents.
