[edit] Description
The first Brakshysh were a species of large, somewhat crablike predators with six legs, two arms ending in pincers, eyestalks and antannae protuding from their heads. The brakshysh soon found their place as one of the top predatord on their planet, their excellent eyesight and their long limbs were well- suited for finding and catching the prey, while their impressive size helped to prevent attacks from other predators. There isn´t much that can attack a mature Brakshysh and hope to survive, so the species Brakshysh became quite successful.
[edit] Changes during evolution
The Brakshysh underwent two important changes during their pre- sapient evolution. The first major change was the development of a long tail ending in two spikes to capture prey that tries to escape by fleeing below the Brakshysh and running away before it can turn around. The second change was the developement of three- fingered hands and a slight loss in size. This change occured shortly before the Brakshysh became sapient.
