[edit] Arashiens
The Arashiens (pronounced a-RASH-eens) come from the planet Arashi.
- The male Arashiens are called an Arashu, and a female, an Arasha.
- They are a creature of stealth and speed.
- They are a herd/pack creature (like a wolf pack for survival) that nests in the oldest, largest trees due to its monkey like climbing abilities and its safety from larger land dwelling predators as well as the constant floods their habitat recieves due to the constant precipitation during their evolution pre-sapience. (During their evolution a large earthquake raised the land and made better drainage of the water. This then allowed the Arashien population to spread out of this area and populate the planet)
[edit] Physiology:
They are really a mix of differant characteristics. The closest human equivilants are as follows:
- wolf-human form (bipedal)
- Grey and white fur
- Red feathered wings coming out from back
- A bear shape head
- Their fox tail is strong enough that it also acts a little like a grasper (like a monkeys tail)
- Their feet also double as graspers (again, like a monkey).
- Its primary and only real weapons are on the wings.
- At the end of each wing is a sharp talon and an Arashien can conduct electricity through the top of its wings (much like an electric eel), so that when the two talons both touch somthing, a high voltage electric shock is sent through that object.
- Unfortunatly this made in-flight fighting with this natural weapon difficult.
- The Arashiens have extremely good eyesight, good hearing, but a bad sense of smell.
- You can tell how healthy an Arashien is by how much color is in their feathers (pale = Unhealthy).
[edit] Gender Differances:
The Arashu is slightly larger than its female counter part, has green eyes, and dark red feathers. The Arasha is slightly smaller, has golden-yellow eyes, and pink feathers.

Diet - Omnivore, eat mostly plants but a very capable hunter!
- 90% Plant
- 10% Meat
Lifespan - (Average) 140 years
Age of Maturity (thought to be an adult) - 26 years old
Physiological Age of Maturity - 20 years old
Reproduction
- Gives live birth, usually to only 1 offspring at a time.
- Gestation - 6 months

The focus after reaching sapience will be on a perticular tribe that evolved called the Trebiens(pronounced treb-ins). (country is called Trebia (pronounced treb-E-a))
